Their survey was nationwide, so we came up with a list of the top 10 most requested luxury amenities as seen by The Vanatta Group. This list is a bit more Steamboat specific and both lists might surprise people.

As you can see from the lists, luxury in Steamboat has a lot to do with the surroundings (views, outdoor living spaces) and being comfortable in the winter (4+bay garage, heated driveway).
