Having grown up in Durango, Colorado, Beth found Steamboat similar to her mountain hometown when moving here twelve years ago with her family. With a Master’s degree in Education, Beth moved here with her husband to accept positions working in the Steamboat School District. Although she moved from her role as an educator to begin her career in real estate eight years ago, her husband remains the principal of Steamboat Springs Middle School. Beth enjoys sharing her knowledge of the nationally honored school district with her clients and arranging personal tours of school campuses to better help transitioning families.


Beth’s passion for the Steamboat community is evident in her non-profit work. Beth serves as a President of the Yampa Valley Community Foundation as well as Vice President for the Family Development Board, which oversees Steamboats most successful  preschool programs. She was one of the founding members of the young philanthropist organization, Impact 100, which funds many local non-profit projects & programs.


Beth works on a professional team with Prudential agent Lisa Olson where she specializes in working with Buyers. The Olson Team also offers a full time commercial broker and employs a full time licensed assistant who helps manage every aspect of their business so they can focus their time on searching out properties that best fit their clients' needs.
